Mixing and Mastering Terms of Service Agreement
By accepting a proposal or commencing any work, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
1. Services Provided
The Service Provider agrees to provide professional mixing/mastering or sound design services for the client's project as detailed in the proposal or invoice.
2. Payment Terms
New Clients: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to the delivery of final files.
Returning Clients: Payment terms will be determined at the Service Provider's discretion.
Payments can be made via credit card or apple pay. Invoices will be issued for all transactions.
Failure to complete the remaining payment will result in withholding of all final deliverables.
3. Revisions
This Agreement includes 3 revisions as specified in the proposal.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the initial mix/master. Revisions requested after this period may require an additional fee.
4. Delivery of Final Files
Final deliverables will be provided in file formats as agreed upon.
The final files will only be delivered after full payment has been received.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide properly labeled audio files in the agreed format
The Client must clearly communicate any creative preferences, references, or requirements before work begins or as early as possible in the process.
6. Refund Policy
The 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable unless the Service Provider is unable to fulfill the Services as agreed.
Refunds for completed work are not offered due to the creative nature of the Services.
7. Intellectual Property
The Client retains all rights to their original recordings.
The Service Provider retains the right to showcase the project in their portfolio or for promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
In the event of termination by the Client, the Service Provider retains the upfront deposit and any additional fees for work already completed.
9. Confidentiality
All materials and communications related to the Client’s project will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of fulfilling this Agreement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Your Country/State/Region
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the Service Provider for Services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. No work will commence until the required upfront payment is received.
